Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 89bdt platform and all services under it ("Services"). When you create an account on 89bdt, log in, or use any service, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age to use the Services. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify age through account verification at any time. If a user is found to be operating an account with false information, 89bdt has the right to close that account immediately.

These Terms may be changed at any time. Continuing to log in to the platform after any change will indicate that you have accepted the updated Terms. For important changes, we will attempt to notify users via email or a platform notice.

Account Registration & Security

2.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account is strictly prohibited. All information provided at the time of registration on 89bdt must be true, complete, and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

2.2 Password & Account Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. 89bdt will not be liable for any loss resulting from the use of your account by a third party, unless our clear negligence is proven.

2.3 Account Verification

89bdt may complete an identity verification process before withdrawals or transactions above a certain amount. This process may require a national ID card or similar document. 89bdt reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if verification is not completed within the specified time.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 89bdt is ৳200. Supported payment methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits through any method other than these three are not accepted. Deposits are generally instant; however, if there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team.

Each deposit must be made from a mobile number registered in the name of the registered user. Deposits from third-party accounts are not acceptable; such transactions will be considered void and an investigation may be opened on the associated account.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a withdrawal request is made, the transfer is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. In certain special circumstances this time may increase, but our support team will inform you.

All active wagering requirements on the account must be met before a withdrawal can be made. If bonus-related wagering requirements are incomplete, the withdrawal request will not be processed. 89bdt reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation if money laundering or suspicious activity is identified.

3.3 Technical Errors & Incorrect Transactions

If funds are incorrectly credited to a user's account due to a technical error, 89bdt reserves the right to reclaim those funds. The user will be notified of such a situation and the relevant amount will be deducted from the account.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus on the first deposit is provided on 89bdt, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,000. Similarly, depositing ৳18,000 will earn a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and the total balance will be ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the sum of the deposit and the bonus. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• The bonus is usable only on designated games.
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• Requests to cancel a bonus after it has been claimed will not be accepted.
• Any bonus offer may be changed or withdrawn at any time at the discretion of 89bdt.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to take advantage of bonuses by using multiple accounts or any other fraudulent means will be considered bonus abuse. If such activity is detected, the account will be cancelled and all associated funds will be forfeited.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on the 89bdt platform are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial. No game result is predetermined and no one can alter it.

5.2 Game Disputes

If a dispute arises over a game result, our server logs will be treated as the final evidence. If a technical problem occurs during a game, 89bdt reserves the right to void that round and return the wagered amount.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 89bdt platform:

• Playing games using software bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Using any third-party software to influence game results.
• Attempting to control game outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed and all funds held in it will be forfeited.

VIP Program & Cashback

89bdt's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback is provided at each tier based on regular play.

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold Tier: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on the consistency and volume of play. VIP benefits may be changed at the discretion of 89bdt. Cashback funds are added directly to the account balance and applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.

Responsible Gaming

89bdt firmly believes in responsible gaming. All users are reminded that gaming is entertainment, not a source of income. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21.

Account Closure & Termination

10.1 Account Closure at the User's Initiative

You may request the closure of your account at any time through our support team. All withdrawable balances must be settled before the account is closed.

10.2 Account Closure by 89bdt

89bdt may close or suspend an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
• Long-term inactivity on the account.
• Failure to complete age verification or providing false information.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, the withdrawable principal deposit will be returned, but bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between 89bdt and the user. Any prior oral or written understanding is replaced by this agreement.

12.2 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, all remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. The unenforceable clause will be replaced by an enforceable clause that is consistent with the original intent.

12.3 Updates to Terms

89bdt reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For important changes, notification will be provided through the platform or to the registered email. Continuing to use the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
